Hennither Gant also known as The HRLegal Lady, has been in the Human Resources arena for a decade with expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and employment law. Hennither’s exposure to the “hiring and firing” world has provided her with inside secrets on employing the right people and the sustainment of a business. These set of skills turned into an undeniable passion for helping individuals attain the career of their dreams resulting in the birth of her company Career Image Solutions, LLC. The company’s mission is to empower career seekers and small business owners with total access to HR. To further assist small business owners, Hennither received a certification as a Small Business and Group Benefits Specialist through Legal Shield to provide unlimited legal and identity theft services.
Hennither also has a niche for public speaking as she has served as a panelist, radio & T.V. guest speaker, mistress of ceremony, workshop facilitator and delivered countless sermons as a lay speaker. Other accomplishments include being an author and the recipient of the Dream Giver of the Year Award from Dream4It Foundation, Women of Power Award from E-Media Solutions, and Student of the Year Award from the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
Community involvement is another area of interest for Hennither as she has voluntarily developed youth after school curriculums and planned annual youth conferences. Furthermore, she is the Co-Founder and Visionary for the annual “Step out the Box Women’s Conference” and has been volunteering as a career development facilitator for 9 years with local non-profits. Hennither is also a Career Mentor with the Sierra Leonean Empowerment Network (S.L.E.N) and serves as an Alternate Dispute Resolution Mediator for the Department of Defense.
Hennither is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and has received her M.S. in Human Resources from Towson University and her B.S. in Management Science from Coppin State University .
