“Call for Nominations”
for the 2022 Board of Directors

Candidates are expected to serve a 2-year term as part of the NAAAHR Baltimore Board of Directors from January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2023.

General Role/Duties for
All Board Members:

  • Remains committed to the NAAAHR mission;
  • Actively participates in organizational planning and make sound and informed decisions
  • Acts on behalf of the Chapter and its members;
  • Ensures the Chapter complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
  • Attends regular board meetings consistently;
  • Participates in the fund-raising activities of the organization;
  • Prepares designated reports and reads/studies submitted materials in advance of the regular board meetings
  • Is a member of NAAAHR; and
  • Recruits committee members.
